Nick Chichester Construction is committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of our employees, subcontractors, clients and members of the public, so far as is reasonably practicable. We operate in line with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, and fully accept our responsibility for anyone who may be affected by our work.
